For the second consecutive year, the Purple Heart  float won the  first place in the Floats competition category at the George Washington Birthday Parade  in Alexandria, Virginia. Senior Vice Commander of  the Greater Washington Chapter 353 Ed Schnug  accepts the First Place Certificate on behalf  of  all participants of  the Parade on February 20, 2006.
