Greater Washington Chapter 353 made a donation of $1,728 in VAVS  funds received from the MOPH Department of Virginia to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center  in Washington, DC in support of  social programs  for the Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF) veterans and their families. Commander of Chapter 353 Steve Cobb (center, left) presents the check to the Medical Center Director Sanford Garfunkel (center, right), while Senior Vice Commander Ed Schnugs (right) and Department of Virginia National Executive Committeeman Al Ortiz (left) look on.
