You will need one government issued photo ID for access to this military base. Our Chapter will have an information table at this annual event together with our Ladies' Auxiliary Unit 353. Please come over for a variety of patriotic and fun activities.

Saturday, October 14, 2006 Monthly "Honor Our Heroes" Party 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Building 41 (Old Red Cross Building) Walter Reed Army Medical Center Washington, DC

This monthly event is hosted by the WRAMC Directorate of Community Activities and Helping Our Heroes Foundation. It has been supported by many volunteers, including our MOPH Chapter 353 and LAMOPH Greater Washington Unit 353.

Saturday, October 14, 2006 U.S. Air Force Open House 9:00 AM U.S. Air Force Memorial Dedication 1:30 PM Arlington, VA www.airforcememorial.org

The United States Air Force Memorial will be officially dedicated in Arlington, VA, directly across from the Pentagon. The general public is invited to view the ceremony from the South Pentagon Parking Lot in conjunction with the all-day Air Force Open House via live simulcast broadcast. Shuttles to and from the Memorial will be available for those who wish to visit the Air Force Memorial after the dedication. Please use the Pentagon Metro Station for access to the dedication ceremony viewing area and the open house. To RSVP and obtain free all-day passes, visit the U.S. Air Force Memorial website.

We will meet in the lobby on the second floor by the main entrance of the hospital.
