Past Commander of  the Greater Washington Chapter 353  Alfred Ortiz (right) accepts the Past Commander Distinguished Service Award  from the Chapter Commander and Adjutant Steve Cobb (left). The award  is being presented "for examplary service while serving  in  elected  office of  Chapter Commander" in 1998-1999. Patriot Ortiz, who is currently a member of  the Semper Fi Chapter 1775, has also received the Past Chapter Commander Diamon Pin  from Patriots of  his  former Chapter 353.
