2004-2005 Department of Virginia Commander William Wilson visited Greater Washington Chapter 353 and Semper Fi Chapter 1775 on October 16, 2004. The MOPH Chapter 353 hosted the meeting with assistance from the Ladies' Auxiliary Greater Washington Unit 353 in Arlington, Virginia. Patriots from the Arlington Memorial Chapter 1964 and Ladies from the Arlington Memorial Unit 1964 and Semper Fi Unit 1775 were invited but unable to attend.

2004-2005 Department of Virginia Commander William Wilson (right) addresses Patriots  from the MOPH Chapters 353  and 1775 and Ladies from the LAMOPH Unit 353  during his visit to Northern Virginia on October 16, 2004. Patriot Wilson is a Life Member of  the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH)  and Past Commander of the Adams-Williams Chapter 607 in the Newport News/Hampton area. Also seen is Commander and Adjutant of  the Greater Washington Chapter 353 Steve Cobb (left), who presided at the meeting.
