Past Commander of  the Greater Washington Chapter 353 Eugen Forster (right) accepts the Past Commander Distinguished Service Award  from 2004-2005 Chapter Commander and Adjutant Steve Cobb (left). The award  is being presented "for examplary service while serving  in  elected  office of  Chapter Commander". Patriot Forster served as Chapter 353 Commander in 2001-2002 and 2003-2004.
