MOPH Greater Washington Chapter 353 and LAMOPH Greater Washington Unit 353 participated in the annual Independence Day Parade in Washington, DC together with the MOPH Seventh Star - Seventh Stripe Chapter 2222 of the Department of Maryland.

Senior Vice Commander and Americanism Officer of  the MOPH Greater Washington Chapter 353 Edward Schnug (second  from left) and National Aid-de-Camp  for  the State of  Maryland James Hontz (second  from right)  from  the MOPH Chapter 2222 carried  flags of  the United States of America and  the Military Order of  the Purple Heart. President and Secreatery of  the Ladies' Auxiliary Greater Washington Unit 353 Tanya Cobb (not shown above) marched  together with Patriots  from the MOPH Chapter 2222 and  took pictures of  the celebration.
